They form the basis, for example, for the calculation of staffing at schools or for the financial provision of the schools. The official school data is transmitted electronically by the Bonn schools directly to the Landesbetrieb Information und Technik Nordrhein-Westfalen (IT.NRW) in Düsseldorf, where they are collected and summarised. From these data, the School Office of the City of Bonn compiles the most diverse evaluations, each of which presents certain aspects and their development in a condensed manner.
