本数据集包含分离自野生型(twi小鼠同窝仔鼠)出生后第21天小鼠大脑的CD45阳性细胞(CD45+ cells)的单细胞水平基因表达谱,旨在评估并比较球样细胞脑白质营养不良(globoid cell leukodystrophy)小鼠模型中自发性临床疾病发作阶段的免疫细胞差异。实验通过流式细胞术(flow cytometry)阳性分选法,从半脑组织的单细胞悬液中分离得到上述CD45阳性细胞。
