Transcriptomic profiling of skin wounds in time-course manner Baseline full thickness punch biopsies were performed on the flank of healthy donors to create skin wounds. This was followed by larger biopsies, to encompass the original wounds, taken between one to four days later. The skin biopsies were subjected to targeted RNA sequencing analysis.
