XPlanung dataset BPL “Brühl (2nd change)”

The development plan (BPL) contains the legally binding determinations for the urban planning order. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The available data is the development plan “Brühl (2nd change)” of the municipality of Bempflingen from XPlanung 5.0. Description: 2 sub-plans (see overall plan PDF; Usage: WA.开发规划（BPL）包含了规范城市规划秩序的具有法律约束力的强制性规定。原则上，开发规划应依据土地利用规划编制。本次可用数据集为来自XPlanung 5.0平台的本普夫林根（Bempflingen）市《布吕尔（第二次修订）》开发规划。说明：包含2个子规划（详见总规划PDF文件；使用权限：WA）。
