This dataset includes raw data from the SeaSpace TeraScan System. The data are from the F13, F14, F15, F16 and F17 Defense Meteorological Satellites Program (DMSP) satellites. The data are from the satellite passes that occurred over the Bering Sea during the BEST 2009 0901 (early spring) cruise onboard the U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy. The individual data files have been collected into tar files by day.
本数据集包含SeaSpace TeraScan系统（SeaSpace TeraScan System）采集的原始数据。数据来源于F13、F14、F15、F16及F17号国防气象卫星计划（Defense Meteorological Satellites Program，DMSP）卫星。所有数据均采集自美国海岸警卫队希利号巡逻舰（U.S. Coast Guard Cutter Healy）执行BEST 2009年0901（早春）航次期间，过境白令海的卫星观测时段。各单份数据文件已按日打包为tar文件（tar files）。
