COVID-19 Severity Dataset

This dataset is sourced from four independent Spanish hospitals, containing anonymized clinical data including vital signs, demographic information, and blood analysis results for patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection. The dataset includes a total of 532 variables, with a primary focus on vital signs and demographic characteristics. It features time-series patient data, contains missing values, and severe cases account for 18.8% of all enrolled patients. The dataset consists of 21,032 records derived from 15,858 unique patients. The core task of this dataset is to predict the future severe illness status of patients with confirmed COVID-19 infection.
