Surveys of the station of Arteaga (Bizkaia): readings collected in 2013

Meteorological information collected by surveys of the Directorate of Emergency and Meteorology of the Basque Government during 2013. The information has a daily frequency and collects data on temperature, relative humidity, pressure and wind up to 24 km high on average. The ZIP file also includes kmz files that allow you to view the data through Google Earth, after installing a plugin.本数据集为2013年由巴斯克政府应急与气象总局（Directorate of Emergency and Meteorology of the Basque Government）开展的气象观测所收集的气象资料。该数据集为日频更新，采集了气温、相对湿度、气压及风场数据，平均观测高度可达24千米。本ZIP压缩包还包含KMZ格式文件，安装配套插件后即可通过谷歌地球（Google Earth）查看其中的数据集内容。
