提供苗栗縣於全國土地基本資料庫中所使用的BIG5 自造字集擴充後編碼罕用文字，透過字碼方式取得文字的圖形，以便於將該文字顯示給使用者閱讀。
Provides rarely used characters encoded in the expanded BIG5 custom character set used by Miaoli County in the National Land Basic Database, and acquires the glyphs of these characters via a code-based method to display them to users for reading.
