This dataset contains MeRIP-seq data generated from mouse hearts subjected to isoproterenol (ISO)-induced cardiac stress and vehicle control. ISO was administered via subcutaneous injection at a dose of 5 mg/kg once daily for 14 consecutive days. Total RNA was extracted from pooled heart tissue and enriched for poly(A)+ mRNA. Fragmented RNA underwent m6A immunoprecipitation using a specific anti-m6A antibody, with 10 percent of the RNA retained as input. Libraries were constructed using UMI-based protocols to reduce duplication bias and sequenced on the DNBSEQ-T7 platform (PE150). This dataset provides transcriptome-wide m6A profiles in the context of cardiac stress.
