2004–2016年中国生态系统研究网络（CERN）台站水中八大离子数据集

本数据集收集整理了中国生态系统研究网络（CERN）34个生态站2004–2016年地下水、静止地表水、流动地表水的八大离子（Ca2+、Mg2+、Na+、K+、HCO3- 、CO32- 、SO42- 、Cl-）数据，包含了农田、草地、森林、荒漠、沼泽5类中国典型生态系统。我们对数据进行了准确性检验，剔除异常值，整理后的数据格式更规范，提高了数据的可靠性。本数据集有助于认识各生态系统的水化学变化特征。

This dataset collects and compiles data on eight major ions (Ca²⁺, Mg²⁺, Na⁺, K⁺, HCO₃⁻, CO₃²⁻, SO₄²⁻, Cl⁻) in groundwater, standing surface water and flowing surface water from 34 ecological stations of the Chinese Ecosystem Research Network (CERN) during 2004–2016. It covers five typical Chinese ecosystem types: farmland, grassland, forest, desert and marsh. We conducted accuracy validation on the data, removed outliers, and standardized the data format, thereby enhancing its reliability. This dataset helps to understand the hydrochemical variation characteristics of various ecosystems.
