This feature class includes an inventory of "paper" streets within the City of Lynchburg. "Paper" streets are sections of right of way that have been designated for use as public streets, but have not yet been developed and there are currently no plans for development. Features are drawn down the centerline of the designated right of way. This feature class does not include data on planned, completed, or streets under initial construction. Please see the Transportation group of the Open Data Portal for more street data.
