Tab delimited text file of the amplicon sequence variant (ASV) table across 237 samples that passed our quality control. ASVs are arrayed in columns, libraries representing water samples passing our quality control are arrayed in rows. Counts for each ASV within each library as matrix values are rarefied to 3017 counts per sample.
本数据集为通过质量控制的237个样本的扩增子序列变异体（amplicon sequence variant, ASV）丰度表，格式为制表符分隔文本文件。其中，扩增子序列变异体以列排布，通过质量控制的水环境样本文库以行排布；矩阵中各文库内对应ASV的计数已被稀疏化至每个样本3017个计数。
