LncRNAWiki

LncRNAWiki, a knowledgebase of human lncRNAs, has been rapidly expanded by incorporating more experimentally validated lncRNAs. In LncRNAWiki 2.0, all contents are organized in a structured manner powered by MySQL/Java and curators (registered users) are able to submit/edit annotations based on the curation model that includes a wider range of annotation items. The new version incorporates a total of 2,512 lncRNAs and 106,242 associations for disease, function, drug, interacting partner, molecular signature, experimental sample, CRISPR design, etc.LncRNAWiki作为人类长链非编码RNA（long non-coding RNA，lncRNA）知识库，通过纳入更多经实验验证的lncRNA实现了快速扩容。在LncRNAWiki 2.0版本中，所有内容均采用结构化方式组织，其技术支撑体系由MySQL与Java构建；以注册用户身份履职的审核专员，可基于覆盖更广注释类别的审核模型提交或编辑注释信息。该新版本总计收录2512条lncRNA，以及106242条关联数据，涉及疾病、功能、药物、互作伴侣、分子特征、实验样本、CRISPR设计等多个方向。
