NOTCH1 mutation predicts better clinical survival benefit of tislelizumab in second-line esophageal squamous cell carcinoma: a RATIONALE-302 study biomarker analysis

In a mouse model of esophageal cancer, we conducted single-cell sequencing analysis of tumor tissues from mice with endogenous NOTCH1 knockout and control groups, finding that NOTCH1 mutation promotes a more immunoactive tumor microenvironment.

本研究以食管癌小鼠模型为研究对象，对内源性NOTCH1基因敲除组与对照组小鼠的肿瘤组织开展单细胞测序分析，结果发现NOTCH1突变可促使肿瘤微环境呈现更强的免疫活性。
