Supporting data for “Investigation of the inhibitory roles of hnRNP A1 in the pathogenesis of Alzheimer's disease”.

This is a dataset for a project about ALzheimer's Disease. hnRNP A was knockded down in celluar models and animla models in this project. And the effect of knockdown of hnRNP A1 on these models were determined. And the effcacy of VPC-80051, a hnRNP A1 inhibitor, was determined in AD cellular models.
