Here we treated normal control (CON) mice with vancomycin (Vanc) to disturb the gut microbiota. In order to examine the gut microbial changes, we used a 16S rRNA gene sequencing approach to analyze the gut microbiome in caecum contents of normal control (CON) and vancomycin-treated normal control (CONV) mice at 3, 7 and 11 weeks.<br> This study is submitted to Microbiome.
