Gene expression profiling of Clec7a knockout mice lung tissue in a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model

To investigate the role of Dectin-1 in the development of pulmonary fibrosis, we used Dectin-1-deficient (Clec7a–/–, KO) mice to establish a bleomycin-induced pulmonary fibrosis model and compared it with WT mice. WT and KO mice were administered bleomycin via airway instillation to induce pulmonary fibrosis. After 14 days, lung tissues from 3 WT mice and 3 KO mice were collected for gene expression analysis using RNA-seq.
