PTCP 1998 — Art.28 Production activities at risk of major accident — Metropolitan City of Florence

PTCP approved by Presidential Decree No 946 of 15 June 1998 (Deliberation of the Provincial Council No 1 of 10 January 2013 No 1 of 2013 approved the amendment to the PTCP pursuant to Article 17 of Regional Law No 1/05).Productive activities at risk of a major accident are indicated, for purely reconnaissance purposes, in the Charter of the Statute of the Territory on a scale of 1:10,000 and set out in the appropriate list contained in the Articles of Association of the Territory, Appendix M.本PTCP经1998年6月15日第946号总统令批准（2013年1月10日第1号省议会审议决议，即2013年第1号决议，依据第1/05号地区法律第17条，批准了对PTCP的修订）。存在重大事故风险的生产活动，出于纯粹的勘测目的，已在比例尺为1:10000的《领地规约宪章》中予以标注，并收录于《领地组织章程》附件M所载的相应清单内。
