For the location Merzdorf, the boundaries between indoor and outdoor areas are clarified and the areas included in the interior are defined for the purpose of rounding and extended rounding. The admissibility of projects within the scope of these articles of association is assessed in accordance with Paragraph 34 of the BauGB and Paragraph 4(2a) of the BauGB Measures Act — the admissibility of projects within the context of built-up districts.
