Each double page of the volumes in this series is divided in “Cash” and “Contra.”The information given on the Cash pages includes: date, no. of receipt butt, particulars of receipt – from whom received and for what received, amount, and total. The following information is given on the Contra pages: date, particulars of disbursement, treasury voucher number, amount and total.A number of the volumes in this series also contain a record of accounts under the Maternity Allowance Act of 1912.
