IMPROVING YOUTH EMPLOYMENT STRATEGIES IN THE CONTEXT OF LABOUR MARKET TRANSFORMATION

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of youth employment strategies under conditions of labor market transformation. The relevance of the study stems from the need to increase youth flexibility and employment levels in the labor market amidst the digital economy and global economic changes. The article examines state policies aimed at stimulating employment, vocational training programs, and innovative ecosystems. Quantitative and qualitative analysis, questionnaires, and statistical data were used as research methods. The results showed the effectiveness of strategies to increase youth employment, but identified problems in some regions. An analysis was conducted based on tables and diagrams, and recommendations for improving the strategies were developed.
