WFS service of the urban development plan “Short Land 2.Change” of the municipality of Heiningen, which was transformed according to INSPIRE, based on an XPlanung dataset in version 5.0.黑宁根市"Short Land 2.Change"城市发展规划对应的网络要素服务（Web Feature Service，WFS），该服务依据欧洲空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准完成适配转换，其数据源为版本5.0的XPlanung数据集。
