Title:Table 1.1–1.2 – Curated DrugMatrix In Vitro Assay Set (132 Assays, v1.0) Description:This dataset contains the curated set of 132 in vitro assays compiled from the DrugMatrix resource as part of the DrugMatrix FAIR Update Project.Table 1.1 provides the fully curated DrugMatrix in vitro bioassay dataset, integrating assay details, targets, compounds, and source references extracted from Eurofins Panlabs and related DrugMatrix documentation.Table 1.2 presents the ontology-aligned metadata version, harmonized with established ontologies including the BioAssay Ontology (BAO), BRENDA Tissue Ontology (BTO), Uber-Anatomy Ontology (UBERON), and Cellosaurus identifiers to enable standardized representation and FAIR interoperability across bioassay resources. All data are UTF-8 compliant, and cells without data are left empty to preserve data integrity and ensure compatibility with downstream integration tools. Provenance:Assay descriptions were curated from Eurofins Panlabs online protocols (no longer available), active Eurofins Discovery assay protocols, and a publication employing an MDS Pharma Services assay protocol.All source citations for these tables are provided in the manuscript References section.
