The Updateable Human Virome Database (UHVDB) test analyze database The Unified Human Virome Database contains high-quality, confident virus sequences from other human virus databases and human metagenome assemblies. All sequences have been clustered and annotated to assign taxonomy, predicted hosts, functions, and lifestyle. File contents: uhvdb_metadata.tsv.gz: TSV file containing ametadata (virus filtering data, clusters, taxonomy, predicted hosts, lifestyle, high-level function) for all UHVDB sequences uhvdb_unique_reps_test.fna.gz: FASTA file containing all unique (dereplicated by sequence hash) UHVDB sequences uhvdb_protein_annotations.tsv.gz: TSV file containing annotations for all unique (dereplicated by hash) complete ORFs from genomovar representatives uhvdb_protein.faa.gz: FASTA file containing all unique (dereplicated by sequence hash) complete ORFs from genomovar representatives uhvdb_metadata_sylphtax.tsv.gz: TSV file containing metadata used when profiling samples with sylph-tax
