A healthy adult donor was vaccinated with subvirion H3N2 variant vaccine and boosted with a second dose of vaccine 21 days after primary vaccination. Peripheral blood samples were obtained on day 0, 7, 21, 28 and 42 after the first vaccination. Antibody amplicon sequencing was performed using the Illumina MiSeq platform in order to identify clonal variants of isolated monoclonal antibodies identified from this donor on day 42.
