本数据集依据《金属切削机床 资源环境负荷测量方法》(T/JSJXXH 001-2021)团体标准进行采集,采集工具选择自研的机加环境污染排放实时监测系统,主要包含粉尘、油雾、噪声、刺激性气体等环境负荷指标,调研记录切削工艺参数和切削液用量、切屑产生量等资源负荷指标,可以为部分典型制造工艺的资源环境负荷评价提供更符合我国国情与技术水平的制造工艺资源环境负荷数据,为工艺绿色评价、工艺优化、工艺提升、清洁生产、绿色改造提供量化的基础数据依据和决策参考,有利于推动我国制造业整体的绿色发展,提高制造业的国际竞争力。
This dataset is collected in accordance with the group standard *Metallic Cutting Machine Tools - Measurement Methods for Resource and Environmental Load* (T/JSJXXH 001-2021). The data collection uses a self-developed real-time monitoring system for environmental pollution emissions from machining processes. It mainly covers environmental load indicators such as dust, oil mist, noise and irritant gases, and records resource load indicators including cutting process parameters, cutting fluid consumption and chip production volume via field investigations. The dataset can provide manufacturing process resource and environmental load data that better aligns with China's national conditions and technical level for the resource and environmental load evaluation of some typical manufacturing processes, offering quantifiable basic data and decision-making references for process green assessment, process optimization, process upgrading, cleaner production and green transformation. It is conducive to promoting the overall green development of China's manufacturing industry and enhancing the international competitiveness of the manufacturing sector.
