This study aims to investigate the transcriptional response of tea plant (Camellia sinensis) leaves to low-temperature stress, a critical environmental factor affecting tea quality. Tea plants were subjected to controlled low-temperature conditions, and leaf samples were collected at five time points: 0 hours (control), 6 hours, 12 hours, 24 hours, and 48 hours post-exposure. RNA sequencing (RNA-seq) was performed to generate comprehensive transcriptome profiles for each time point.
