Description of the Datasets: Experimental a. imc_morphology_crystal_orientation.csv: Quantitative description of the experimental morphology of the two Cu6Sn5 variants through orientation and jackson parameters b. electrodeposition_experiment.json : the description of the preparation of nanotwinned Cu via electrodeposition experiments 2. Phase field simulations: The input files (minimum working example) and results for simulations (EXODUS file formats) are provided in the zip folders. the datasets for the simulations are also provided in csv format. The simulations corresponding to T=533 K correspond to initial condition and free energy values shown in Fig. 7(a) whereas those for T=573 K are associated with those of Fig. 7(b) of the paper.
