Plans for binding construction planning in the district of Hamburg Bergedorf

Building plans (binding building plans) are legally binding plans, which include construction stage plans, partial building plans, implementation plans and, since 1962, the current development plans according to the Federal Building Act (BBauG) or from 1986 according to the Building Code (BauGB). The development plans consist of the legislative or regulatory text with the textual determinations, a justification and (usually) the plan drawing. Development plans for smaller areas shall be subject to the binding provisions for the development and other use of the land. They must be developed from the land use plan (preparatory building plan).

The raster data in the form of scanned plans are made available as PDF files via the city and landscape portal (link address see references). The textual fixings and the justifications are assigned to the image files in the form of text documents (Pdf files).

Information on the individual development plans and the development plans in the procedure is provided by the relevant district office. WBZ decides on the specific competence. The link addresses to the city planning departments of the district offices are under reference.

约束性建筑规划（binding building plans）系具备法定约束力的规划类型，涵盖施工阶段规划、局部建筑规划、实施规划，以及1962年起依据《联邦建筑法》（BBauG）、1986年起依据《建筑法典》（BauGB）制定的现行开发规划。开发规划包含载有文本规制内容的立法或监管文件、论证说明及（通常为）规划图纸。小型区域开发规划需遵循土地开发与其他土地用途的约束性条款，且必须以土地利用规划（筹备性建筑规划）为编制依据。

扫描图纸格式的栅格数据（raster data）将以PDF文件形式，通过城市与景观门户（链接地址详见参考文献）对外提供。文本规制内容与论证说明以文本文件（PDF格式）形式关联至对应的图像文件。
