This dataset accompanies a forthcoming manuscript analysing the transition from "Turkey" to "Türkiye" in major bibliographic databases after the 2022 UN recognition of the country’s official name. It contains cleaned records extracted from Web of Science Core Collection and Scopus, distinguishing between English and Turkish language publications, and separated by time periods (before and after 2023).
