BP-tracer: Supplementary Data 2 Version 2.0

Supplementary Data 2 contains 1) the raw results obtained from the Benchmark Part of the paper, encompassing BP-Tracer, Reads, Contigs, MAGs and Correlation methods. 2) the raw results of BP-Tracer obtained from Real metagenomic datasets, including metagenomic datasets from clinical settings associated with pathogenic infection (urinary tract infections, UTIs), hospitalization (preterm infant using antibiotic), antibiotic exposure (healthy adults following antibiotic exposure) and the datasets from 7 different environments (Extended Data).
