得排除海岸管理法第25條特定區位港口水域

「原合法設置之既有設施或港埠所在範圍，且位於現有防波堤外廓內」，經中央主管機關認定得予排除者，無須依本法第25條規定申請特定區位許可。

For legitimate existing facilities originally established or the scope of a port area that are located within the outer boundary of existing breakwaters, those recognized as eligible for exclusion by the central competent authority shall not be required to apply for a specific location permit in accordance with Article 25 of this Act.
