Spectral dataset of grape berries from hyperspectral imaging for maturity monitoring

In the dataset, two hundred and seventy four tray containing one hundred berries were were measured by a hyperspectral camera in the visible/near-infrared spectral domain. This dataset was formed to study the use of spectra for maturity monitoring of grape berries . This dataset contains reflectance spectra obtained from hyperspectral camera of grape berries of three different varieties. In addition, this dataset contains measurements of sugar content for batches of grape. The file contains variety (SYRAH, MAUZAC or FER), Sugar content (g/L) and raw spectra.

本数据集对274个各盛放100颗葡萄浆果的托盘，在可见/近红外光谱域内采用高光谱相机（hyperspectral camera）完成了光谱测量。本数据集旨在探究光谱技术在葡萄浆果成熟度监测中的应用价值，涵盖三个不同品种葡萄浆果的高光谱反射光谱数据。此外，数据集还包含批次葡萄的糖含量测量结果。该数据文件包含品种信息（SYRAH、MAUZAC或FER）、糖含量（单位：克/升）以及原始光谱数据。
