Our goal is to identify signal pathways form V-ATPase expressed brain vesicles by transcriptional analysis (bulk RNA-seq) and single cell analysis (scRNA-seq) from brain tissue (hippocampus, cortex and cerebellum) samples derived from wild-type mice (Atp6v0a1+/+) and human disease model mice (Atp6v0a1A512P/A512P) of developmental and epileptic encephalopathy (DEE).
