The objective of the study focuses on the effect of in-feed Saccharomyces cerevisiae fermentation products (SCFP) on Holstein calves fecal microbiome community during their first 4 months of age. For the fecal microbiome analysis, the 16S rRNA gene was amplified and sequenced using Illumina MiSeq Sequencer.
