FISH 546 Final Project

I analyzed RADseq data on Pacific cod as part of a time series project in FISH 546 class at the University of Washington. In this release of my repo, I stored notebooks and scripts for analyzing the data. I did not finish the project by the end of the class, but I did produce a DAPC of a subset of my genepop file, and calculated pairwise Fst between my cohorts.

我曾参与华盛顿大学FISH 546课程的时间序列项目，在此期间对太平洋鳕鱼的限制性位点相关DNA测序（Restriction-site Associated DNA sequencing，RADseq）数据开展分析。在本次代码仓库的发布版本中，我存储了用于该数据解析的Jupyter笔记本与分析脚本。尽管我未能在课程结课前完成整个项目，但已针对我的Genepop文件子集完成了主成分判别分析（Discriminant Analysis of Principal Components，DAPC），并计算了各样本队列间的两两Fst（种群分化固定指数）。
