It is allowed to fish only with the technique of artificial fly and with the other artificial baits excluding silicone ones, with a single hook (love to a single tip) without pin or with crushed ardillon. This method of fishing may be carried out in all inland waters which are not subject to a different prohibition of fishing.仅可采用飞蝇钓法（artificial fly）及除硅胶拟饵外的其他人工拟饵开展垂钓活动，所用钓具需为单钩（single hook，适配单个钓尖），且不得配备别针或使用经压扁处理的钓尖倒刺。该垂钓方式可在所有未受其他专门垂钓禁令约束的内陆水域实施。
