This project aims to analyze the gene - expression profiles of dendritic cell progenitors in iron - deficient mice using transcriptome sequencing technology, with the goal of revealing the molecular mechanisms by which iron deficiency inhibits dendritic cell development. The experiment employs the Illumina sequencing platform to sequence RNA samples from dendritic cell progenitors of normal and iron - deficient mice. Subsequent analyses, such as differential expression analysis and functional enrichment analysis, will be carried out.
