INSPIRE WMS Service Local spatial planning concepts Tyrol

According to the 2011 Tyrolean Regional Planning Act, each municipality has to adopt a local spatial planning concept by decree. It shall include areas to be kept free from construction and the areas existing and planned for various settlement developments. The necessary local infrastructure projects should also be presented. The local spatial planning concepts are assigned to the INSPIRE data topic on land use (Annex III).根据2011年《蒂罗尔州区域规划法案》规定，各市政当局须通过政令制定本地空间规划方案。该方案需涵盖禁止建设区域、各类已建成及规划中的定居开发区域，同时还应列明必要的本地基础设施项目。本地空间规划方案归类至INSPIRE土地利用数据主题（附件三）。
