The dataset of simulated N deposition effects on oilseed crop yield and quality

The published studies used for database construction from 1990 to 2020 that reported the oilseed crop yield and quality responses to simulated N deposition were identified using the Web of Science, with the search terms of "(nitrogen deposition OR nitrogen application OR nitrogen fertilization OR nitrogen nutrition OR nitrogen addition OR nitrogen input) AND (soybean OR peanut OR rape OR sunflower OR sesame) AND (seed) AND (yield OR quality OR protein OR fatty acid OR oil)"Abbreviations: PNP: pod numbers per plant; SNP: seeds numbers per pod; HGW: hundred-grain weight; Pn: leaf net photosynthesis rate; HI: harvest index; NNP: nodule numbers per plant; NWP: nodule weights per plant.

本数据库构建所采用的1990年至2020年已发表文献，通过Web of Science检索得到，检索式为："(氮沉降(nitrogen deposition) OR 施氮(nitrogen application) OR 氮肥施用(nitrogen fertilization) OR 氮营养(nitrogen nutrition) OR 氮添加(nitrogen addition) OR 氮输入(nitrogen input)) AND (大豆(soybean) OR 花生(peanut) OR 油菜(rape) OR 向日葵(sunflower) OR 芝麻(sesame)) AND (种子(seed)) AND (产量(yield) OR 品质(quality) OR 蛋白质(protein) OR 脂肪酸(fatty acid) OR 油脂(oil))"，且上述文献均报道了油料作物产量与品质对模拟氮沉降(simulated N deposition)的响应。
