Supplementary Material for: Fungal Keratitis Post FemtoLASIK: Novel Therapeutic Approach with LASIK Flap Autograft and Penetrating Keratoplasty, A Case Report

This case report describes a rare case of fungal keratitis following femtoLASIK surgery caused by Purpureocillium lilacinum. Despite targeted antifungal therapy, this case necessitated an innovative approach involving a tectonic autograft using the viable LASIK flap, followed by prompt penetrating keratoplasty. This technique was effective and was able to mitigate the progression to open globe.

本病例报告报道了1例罕见的由淡紫紫孢菌（Purpureocillium lilacinum）引发的飞秒LASIK（femtoLASIK）术后真菌性角膜炎。尽管采取了针对性抗真菌治疗，该病例仍需采用创新性治疗方案：先使用存活的LASIK角膜瓣实施结构性自体移植术，随后立即进行穿透性角膜移植术。该治疗技术疗效确切，成功阻止了病情进展为眼球破裂。
