All data could be sorted out following five parts: (1) Recruited verified cancer antigens; (2) Neopeptides simulation dataset; (3) Verified major histocompatibility complex (MHC) peptide binding, peptide-MHC mass spectrometry (pMHC MS), and T cell epitopes datasets; (4) Three-dimensional structure dataset of pMHC and TCR-pMHC; (5) Neoantigen benchmark datasets.
