Utilising Lysotracker deep red to stain lysosomes in i3Neurons. Wild type (SCRM), Tay-Sachs (HEXA) and GM1 gangliosidosis (GLB1) i3Ns are used and were stained with 50nM lysotracker and then imaged on an Elyra7. The videos were recorded with 500 frames over 55 seconds and were then analysed using Imaris (v10.1.0) to track the movement of these lysosomes. Both the raw video and the videos overlayed with tracked lysosomes are displayed.
