This project presents RNA-seq data from CRISPRi-engineered Escherichia coli strains during LNnT biosynthesis. Transcriptomic profiling was performed to investigate global gene expression changes under targeted gene repression in a metabolically engineered high-LNnT-producing background. The data were generated to identify regulatory and metabolic factors associated with LNnT production and to support genome-scale functional analysis.
