B-Plan 6-046 Pestalozziweg (INSPIRE)

Inspired-compliant development plan of the city of Freiburg im Breisgau. Development Plan 6-046 entered into force on 12.7.1977. A development plan contains the legally binding fixings for the urban planning order and is the central element of building management planning. The building community regulates where, what and how to build. In principle, the development plan must be developed from the land use plan. The data is available in the INSPIRE-PLU data model and is available via OGC:WMS and predefined ATOM.本数据集为符合欧洲共同体空间信息基础设施（INSPIRE）标准的布赖斯高地区弗赖堡市开发规划。编号为6-046的开发规划于1977年7月12日正式生效。开发规划包含对城市规划秩序具有法律约束力的固化条款，是建筑管理规划的核心组成部分。建筑管控规则明确规定了建设的选址、建设内容与实施方式。原则上，开发规划须以土地利用规划为编制基础。本数据集采用INSPIRE-PLU数据模型，可通过OGC:WMS服务与预定义ATOM服务获取。
