Genotype data (38 SNPs) for Baltic cod samples caught in 2015 and 2016. Samples were genotyped at loci diagnostic for the discrimination of western and eastern Baltic cod (assay name contains "_SEL") and at biologically informative loci (assay names contain "_CAN" or "_INV").<br>
本数据集包含2015年与2016年捕获的波罗的海鳕鱼样本的基因型数据，共涉及38个单核苷酸多态性位点（Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms，SNPs）。所有样本在用于区分波罗的海西部与东部鳕鱼的诊断性基因位点（对应基因分型检测体系名称包含"_SEL"），以及具备生物学信息价值的基因位点（对应基因分型检测体系名称包含"_CAN"或"_INV"）上完成了基因分型。
