Italy: distribution of ethnic restaurants by cuisine 2014

This statistic illustrates the distribution of ethnic restaurants by cuisine in Italy as of 2014. According to the study results, Chinese cuisine was the most widespread one, with the largest share of ethnic restaurants across the country (56 percent). Egyptian cuisine was also popular: one in five ethnic restaurants offered Egyptian dishes. Furthermore, 15 percent of ethnic restaurants were Peruvian.
