Registration of traditional bullfighting celebrations in Castilla-La Mancha

Article 13 of the Regulation of the Popular Taurine Celebrations of Castilla-La Mancha, approved by Decree 38/2013 of the Ministry of the Presidency and Public Administrations of 11/07/2013 (OJCM No 139 of 19 July) establishes the public register of traditional bullfighting celebrations, with the aim of proving the traditional character of bullfighting celebrations.《卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰大众斗牛庆祝活动条例》第13条由2013年7月11日首相与公共行政部第38/2013号法令批准（载于2013年7月19日《卡斯蒂利亚-拉曼恰官方公报》第139号），该条款设立了传统斗牛庆祝活动公共登记制度，旨在验证斗牛庆祝活动的传统属性。
