This research based on the Bacillus velezensis A-27 had good efficacy to Meloidogyne incognita, we used high-throughput sequencing technology to analyze the changes of microbial community diversity in celery rhizosphere soil after the use of Bacillus velezensis A-27 and Avermectin, so as to assess the impact of biocontrol agent A-27 on microbial community in soil ecological environment, and provide a theoretical basis for the product development and market application of this agent as nematicide
