Gut Microbiota Diversity and Composition in Rats by Diet and tDCS Stimulation

<p><span style="color:black">This dataset includes diversity metrics and taxonomic composition profiles at taxonomic levels L2 (phylum) and L6 (genus), calculated for experimental rat groups differentiated by diet (Lean &#61; L, Obese &#61; Ob) and transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) protocol (Sham &#61; Sh, Active &#61; A).
